Description	Measurable properties of B-mode ultrasound images of thyroid gland in subjects with oncological disease, autoimmune thyroid diseases and healthy subjects were compared in this survey. Data from 22 patients with breast cancer or with colorectal cancer, from 65 patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis and 38 control subjects were analyzed. Various statistical method were used for ultrasound image classification. (en) V této studii jsou porovnávány měřitelné vlastnosti B-módů ultrazvukového snímku štítné žlázy u pacientů s onkologickým onemocněním, u pacientů s autoimunními onemocněními štítné žlázy a u zdravých pacientů. Byla analyzována data od 22 pacientů s rakovinou prsu nebo rakovinou konečníku, 65 pacientů s lymfocytickou tyroiditidou a 38 zdravých pacientů. Pro klasifikaci ultrazvukových snímků bylo použito několik různých metod (cs)
