Description	Our own method of diagnostics based on computer-aided systematic construction of texture features analysis of ultrasound images will be verified in a greater set of various diffuse parenchymal lesions of the thyroid and in diffuse hepatic processes. (en) Vlastní metodika diagnostiky založená na počítačové analýze ultrasonografických obrazů za použití systematické konstrukce texturních příznaků bude ověřena na větším souboru difuzních lézí parenchymu štítné žlázy a na difuzních procesech jater.
