Description
  • We investigate a simple multisegment cellular automaton model of traffic flow. With the introduction of segment-dependent acceleration probability, metastable congested states in the intermediate density region emerge, and the initial-state dependence of the flow is observed. The essential feature of threephased structure empirically found in real-world traffic flow is reproduced without elaborate assumptions.

  • Studujeme jednoduchý model dopravního toku založený na vícesegmentovém celulárním automatu. Zavedeme-li pravděpodobnost zrychlení závislou na segmnetu, objeví se metastabilní dopravní zácpy v oblasti střední husoty provozu. Je pozorována také závislost dopravního toku na počátečním stavu. Základní vlastnosti struktury empiricky získaného reálného dopravního toku lze naším modelem reprodukovat. . (cs)
