Description
  • Aims of protoplast fusion is transfer genes controlling certain features e.g. from wild plants. Some results in the research of protoplast cultures and protoplast fusions (chemical and electrofusion) of selected crops from family Brassicaceae, Cucurbitaceae and Solanaceae are reported. Protoplasts were successfully isolated from leaves, hypocotyls and calli. Protoplast yield and viability were compared to other rearchrs. Differnt stages of regeneration after fusion were obtained.

  • Záměrem fúze protoplastů je transfer genů z planých druhů kontrolujících určité vlastnosti. Některé výsledky ve výzkumu protoplastových kultur a fúzí protoplastů (chemických a electrofúzí) vybraných plodin z čeledi Brassicaceae, Cucurbitaceae a Solanaceae jsou uvedeny. Protoplasty byly úspěšně izolovány z listů, hypokotylů a kalusů. Výtěžnost a životnost protoplastů byla srovnávána s jinými výzkumníky. Různé stupně regenerace po fúzích byly dosaženy. (cs)
