Autoři prokazují úlohu MAPK kinas v regulaci CYP1A1 genu s využitím chemických inhibitorů MAPKs. Tyto inhibitory byly, ale prokázány jako parciální agonisté Ah receptoru, tj. Klíčového regulátoru AhR genu. Tudíž získaná data jsou zpochybněna a měla by být re-interpretována. (cs)
