| - Study of fungicide resistance in cucurbit powdery mildews (CPM) populations (Golovinomyces cichoracearum s.l. (Gc) (syn. Erysiphe cichoracearum s.l.) and Podosphaera xanthii (Px) (syn. Sphaerotheca fuliginea)) was screened at 110 isolates (79 Gc, 31 Px) originated from the Czech Republic (CR) from the years 2000-2004. Effectivity of three fungicides (Rubigan 12 EC, Karathane LC and Fundazol 50 WP) that represented three main groups of effective substances (fenarimol, dinocap, benomyl) was tested using a modified leaf-disc bioassay in five different concentrations. The effectivity of screened fungicides, resp. their effective substances was significantly different. Rubigan 12 EC showed the highest level of effectivity, however the specific variation in tolerance/resistance during the time was observed. Karathane LC was fully effective in the year 2000, nevertheless during the years 2001-2004 it showed out the decreasing effectivity and during the period of monitoring there was recognized in CPM populat

- Ke studiu rezistence k fungicidům v populaci padlí tykvovitých (Golovinomyces cichoracearum s.l. (Gc) (syn. Erysiphe cichoracearum s.l.) a Podosphaera xanthii (Px) (syn. Sphaerotheca fuliginea)) bylo použito 110 izolátů (79 Gc, 31 Px) pocházejících z České republiky (ČR) z let 2000-2004. Účinnost tří fungicidů (Rubigan 12 EC, Karathane LC a Fundazol 50 WP), které reprezentují tři hlavní skupiny účinných látek (fenarimol, dinocap, benomyl) byla testována za použití modifikované metody listových disků v pěti různých koncentracích. Účinnost testovaných fungicidů, resp. jejich účinných látek, se významně lišila. Nejvyšší stupeň účinnosti vykazoval Rubigan 12 EC, ale byla pozorována určitá variabilita v toleranci/rezistenci v čase. Karathane LC byl zcela účinný v roce 2000, avšak v letech 2001-2004 vykazoval sníženou účinnost a během sledovaného období rovněž docházelo v populaci k posunu směrem k tolerantním kmenům. Nejnižší stupeň účinnosti byl zjištěn u Fundazolu 50 WP, který lze v podstatě považovat z (cs)
