Description	DNA which bears the genetic information of the cell is the critical target for radiolytic attack. In the nucleus, DNA is not a straight and naked double helix in B-form. The sequence of the bases, the topological stress, the interactions with other partners (proteins) induce structures different from the canonical B-form. The effects of radiations occur through the attack by radicals issued from water radiolysis. The most reactive one is the oxidative hydroxyl radical. The radiolytic process is a chemical process in which both reactivity and accessibility of reactive sites, and consequently the structure of DNA, are involved. We have developped a simulation code to calculate the hydroxyl radical attack to different DNA structures. This procedure uses structural data obtained by NMR, crystallography or molecular modelling, and accurately fits the experimental results. (en) L'ADN est un cible critique pour les dommages biologiques induits par les rayonnements ionisants. La séquence de bases, le stress topologique et les interactions avec les protéines modifient la structure de la macromolécule. Lattaque de l'ADN par le radicaux hydroxyles issus de la radiolyse de leau est un process chimique qui depend sur la réactivité et accessibilité des sites réactives dans l'ADN et donc sur la structure de la macromolécule. Le modèle théorique presenté est utilisé pour calculer l'attaque des structures différentes de l'ADN par le radicaux hydroxyles. Un bon accord a été trouvé avec les résultats expérimentals.
