| - Vysoce intenzivní záření ArF laseru iniciuje fotolýzu 1,3-butadiynu a vede k tvorbě mnoha těkavých, vysoce nenasycených uhlovodíků a účinné deposici nanorozměrného uhlíku. Současně probíhající leptání (siliky) okénka reaktoru fotolytickými produkty vede k dopování deponovaného uhlíku nanorozměrnými silikou a polyoxokarbosilanem. Záhřev deponovaného produktu na 700 o C vede k další tvorbě polyoxokarbosilanu a částečně grafitizaci. (cs)

Minor etching of the reactor silica window by photolytic products allows doping of the depositing carbon soot by nanosized silica and polyoxocarbosilane. Upon heating to 700 ?C, the photoproduct converts to partially graphitized carbon containing polyoxocarbosilane.
