Description	Streptomycetes undergo complex developmental transitions which are expected to be controlled by a raised number of regulatory RNAs. Genome-wide searches have already verified expression of several small RNAs in Streptomyces coelicolor (Pánek et al., 2008; Swiercz et al., 2008, Statt et al., conference presentation).
