Description
| - Several fusarioid microorganisms were isolated as potential pathogens of hop but their virulence was not proved in inoculation trials. Molecular search for other possible pathogens was then performed. Gibberella pulicaris (anamorph: Fusarium sambucinum) was identified as a probable cause of hop wilting. - Bylo izolováno několik fusarioidních mikroorganismů jako potenciálních patogenů chmele, ale u žádného z nich se nepotvrdila virulence v polním pokusu. Proto byly patogenní mikroorganismy dále hledány molekulárními metodami. Druh Gibberella pulicaris (anamorfa: Fusarium sambucinum) byl identifikován jako pravděpodobná příčina vadnutí chmele. Vyvinuli jsme specifický primer HLf1, který může být použit k detekci patogena v půdě i v poškozených rostlinných pletivech (cs)
