  • Trametes pubescens and Pleurotus ostreatus, immobilized on polyurethane foam cubes in bioreactors, were used to decolorize three industrial and model dyes at concentrations of 200, 1000 and 2000 ppm. Five sequential cycles were run for each dye and fungus. The activities of laccase, Mn-dependent peroxidase (MnP), Mn-independent peroxidase (MIP), lignin peroxidase (LiP), and aryl alcohol oxidase (AAO) were daily monitored during the cycles and the toxicity of media containing 1000 and 2000 ppm of each dye was assessed by the Lemna minor (duckweed) ecotoxicity test

  • Houby Trametes pubescens a Pleurotus ostreatus byly imobilizovány na polyuretanu v bioreaktorech a použity k dekolorizaci tří průmyslových barviv v koncentraci 200, 1000 a 2000 ppm. Byla použita série pěti následných cyklů pro každé barvivo. Denně byly měřeny hladiny MnP, MIP, LiP a AAO a toxicita media obsahujícího 1000 a 2000 ppm barviva byla hodnocena testem ekotoxicity s pomocí Lemna minor. Obě houby byly schopny účinné dekolorizace všech barviv i v nejvyšších koncentracích a test toxicity ukázal podstatné snížení (P0.05) toxicity po dekolorizaci. Enzymové aktivity T. pubescens v průběhu kultivace se výrazně měnily, aniž by byla zjištěna korelace mezi dekolorizací a enzymovými aktivitami, zatímco P. ostreatus vykazoval konstantní vysokou aktivitu laccasy během dekolorizačních cyklů. T. pubescens vykázal vyšší dekolorizační a detoxifikační kapacitu ve srovnání s druhem P. ostreatus (cs)
