Description	Byla studována hladina tmRNA u Streptomyces aureofaciens, S. griseus a S. collinus, syntetizující tetracyklin, streptomycin a kirromycin, za různých stresových podmínek a paralelně stanoven dopad těchto podmínek na aktivitu translace. Největší odlišnosti mezi studovanými mikroorganismy byly nalezeny při změnách pH. Prokázali jsme, že tmRNA je důležitá pro přežití streptomycet za určitých nepříznivých podmínek (cs) We examined the tmRNA level and activity of translation in Streptomyces aureofaciens, S. griseus a S. collinus synthesizing tetracycline, streptomycin and kirromycin, respectively, during various stress conditions. Main differences between the studied strains were obtained when the pH of the cultures was changed.
