Description
| - Construction and application of new promoter-probe plasmid vectors replicating in practically important bacteria Corynebacterium glutamicum a Rhodococcus erythropolis is described. Use of gfp reporter gene, coding for green fluorescent protein, makes possible to test promoter activities in living cells. Use of rfp reference gene, coding for red fluorescent protein, eliminates influence of plasmid copy number on the assay of activity of the tested promoters

- Je popsána konstrukce a využití nových plasmidových vektorů pro testování aktivit a regulace promotorů u prakticky významných bakterií Corynebacterium glutamicum a Rhodococcus erythropolis. Použití reportérového genu gfp, kódujícího zelený fluoreskující protein, umožňuje testování aktivit promotorů v živých buňkách. Použití referenčního genu rfp, kódujícího červený fluoreskující protein, pak eliminuje vliv počtu kopií plasmidu na stanovení aktivity testovaných promotorů (cs)
