Description	Invazivní růst Alfa-buněk postrádajících Isw2 protein, podjednotku ISW2 komplexu remodelujícího chromatin, připomíná v mnohých aspektech zarůstání vyvolané feromonem. Ukazujeme, že feromonem regulovaný povrchový protein Aga1 je nezbytný pro toto invazivní chování. Dále jsme zjistili, že tato invazivita vyžaduje kinázu Fus3, jejíž funkce nemůže být nahrazena kinázou Kss1. Závislost na Fus3 a Aga1 proteinech odlišuje zarůstání isw2Gamma MATAlfa buněk od zarůstání vyvolaného feromonem. Usuzujeme, že částečná závislost invazivního růstu isw2Gamma MATAlfa buněk na těchto dvou proteinech odpovídá slabší feromonové odpovědi tohoto mutantu (cs) Many features of the invasion of MATAlfa cells lacking the Isw2 protein, a subunit of ISW2 chromatin remodelling complex, resemble pheromone-induced invasive growth. We show that pheromone induced surface protein Aga1 is necessary for this invasive behaviour. We also found that this invasion specifically requires Fus3 kinase whose function cannot be substituted by Kss1 kinase. Fus3p and Aga1p dependence distinguishes the isw2Gamma MATAlfa cells invasion from the pheromone-induced invasive growth.
