Description
| - Microbial isolates from biofilters and petroleum-polluted bioremediation sites were screened for the presence of enantioselective epoxide hydrolases active towards tert-butyl glycidyl ether, benzyl glycidyl ether, and allyl glycidyl ether. Out of 270 isolated strains, which comprised bacteria, yeasts, and filamentous fungi, four were selected based on the enantioselectivities of their epoxide hydrolases determined in biotransformation reactions. An enantiomeric ratio of approximately 100 has been determined under optimised biotransformation conditions with the partially purified epoxide hydrolase from one of the isolated strains (Aspergillus niger M200)

- Mikrobiální izoláty z biofiltrů a ropou kontaminovaných půd byly otestovány na výskyt chirálně selektivních epoxidhydrolas aktivních vůči tert-butylglycidyletheru, benzylglycidyletheru a allylglycidyletheru. Z 270 izolovaných kmenů obsahujících baktérie, kvasinky a vláknité houby, byly vybrány 4 na základě enantioselektivity epoxidhydrolas určené v biotransformačních reakcích. Enantiomerní poměr v hodnotě přibližně 100 byl určen v optimalizovaných podmínkách s částečně vyčištěnou epoxidhydrolasou isolovanou z kmene Aspergillus niger M200 (cs)
