Description	Absence of the Isw2p-Itc1p chromatin-remodeling complex causes de-repression of a-specific genes in alpha-mating type cells resulting in activation of the pheromone response pathway and mating type-specific invasive growth in an originally non-invasive strain. The observed mating type-specific invasive growth is strongly affected by nitrogen starvation and is Flo11p- and Tec1p- independent, however, the presence of the transcriptional activator Ste12p is indispensable. This suggests that the observed invasive behavior is not a typical haploid invasive growth. Theto růst je Flo11p a Tec1 nezávislý. Není pro něj důležitá přítomnost transkripčního aktivátoru Ste12p. Naše výsledky ukazují, že se nejedná o typický invasivní růst haploidů. (cs)
