Description	Prsní nádorové buněčné linie 1833 a 4175 odvozené od buněčné linie MDA-MB-231 se liší schopností tvořit metastázy v různých orgánech a svou agresivitou. Provedli jsme 2-DE analýzu těchto buněčných linií. Bylo nalezeno 16 rozdílových proteinových skvrn. V publikaci je diskutován možný význam identifikovaných proteinů pro způsob metastázování těchto buněčných linií. (cs) Human MDA-MB-231 derived breast cancer cell lines 1833 and 4175 have different metastatic potentials in terms of their tissue tropisms and aggressiveness. We performed 2-DE analysis of the cell lines. We found 16 significantly changed protein spots. The possible contribution of identified proteins to differences in metastatic behavior of the cell lines is discussed. Human MDA-MB-231 derived breast cancer cell lines 1833 and 4175 have different metastatic potentials in terms of their tissue tropisms and aggressiveness.
