  • Transport and separation processes in ionic systems located in the porous medium are investigated. The software for the modeling of the combined electroosmotic, migration, diffusion and pressure driven flow in the spatially 2D or 3D porous medium has been developed. This software allows to determine the mapping from the parametric space of the porous structure and distribution of fixed charge into the space of application properties such as ionic permselectivity or perfusion flow. Software capabilities are illustrated on case studies of systems where the Debye length is either comparable or negligible with respect to the characteristic pore size. The concept of the reconstructed porous medium has been employed to represent the morphology. The concentration profiles of ionic species in the spatially 2D porous domains and the electric current distribution in the spatially 3D domains packed with porous particles are presented.   • Jsou zkoumány transportní a separační procesy v iontových systémech nacházejících se v porézním médiu. Byl vyvinut software pro modelování kombinovaného elektroosmotického, migračního, difuzního a hydraulického (tlakově-gradientního) toku v prostorově 2D a 3D porézním médiu. Tento software umožňuje mapovat z parametrického prostoru porézní struktury a distribuce pevného náboje do prostoru aplikačních vlastností jako je iontová permselektivita nebo perfuzní tok. Možnosti aplikace software jsou ilustrovány na příkladech systémů, ve kterých je Debyeova délka buď srovnatelná nebo zanedbatelná ve srovnání s charakteristkou velikostí pórů. Pro reprezentaci morfologie byl využit koncept rekonstruovaného porézního média. Jsou vypočítány koncentrační profily iontových složek v prostorově 2D porézních doménách a rozložení elektrického proudu v prostorově 3D doménách naplněných porézními částicemi. Podrobně jsou zkoumány vlivy následujících parametrů ovlivňujích iontovou permselektivitu: (i) distribuce pevného n (cs)
