Description	V tomto příspěvku prezentujeme detailní analýzu karyotypu obaleče jablečného, Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), se zvláštním zřetelem na identifikaci a molekulární diferenciaci pohlavních chromosomů. Obaleč jablečný má 2n=56 chromosomů a chromosomální systém určení pohlaví typu WZ/ZZ (samice/samec). Ukázali jsme, že W chromosom, jenž determinuje samičí pohlaví, lze snadno rozlišit pomocí genomové in situ hybridizace (GISH) nebo komparativní genomové hybridizace (CGH). Kromě toho jsme pomocí laserové mikrodisekce a následné PCR s degenerovanými primery (DOP-PCR) vyvinuli malovací sondu pro W chromosom (cs) It this report, we present a detailed karyotype analysis in the codling moth, Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), with a particular focus on identification and molecular differentiation of sex chromosomes. The codling moth has 2n=56 chromosomes and a WZ/ZZ (female/male) sex chromosome system. We showed here that the female-determining chromosome W can be easily differentiated by genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) or comparative genomic hybridization (CGH).
