  • Celkem 4 skupiny generačních okounů byly použity pro otestování umělého a poloumělého výtěru při dvou různých teplotách vody (10?0.2 °C a 15?0.2 °C). Všechny jikernačky byly intramuskulárně injikovány stejnou dávkou hormonálního přípravku Supergestran (50 ?g GnRHa. kg-1 BW)). Mlíčáci nebyli injikováni. Po vlastním výtěru byly u vytřených jikernaček zjišťovány tyto parametry: doba latence (doba od injikace do výtěru), plodnost jikernaček, líhnivost a mortalita použitých generačních ryb. Všechny zjištěné hodnoty u jednotlivých skupin byly mezi sebou porovnány pomocí ANOVA, Tucky?s multiple comparison testu (P< 0.05). Delší doba latence byla zjištěna u poloumělých oproti umělým výtěrům při obou teplotách vody (u teploty 10°C o 14.5?1.1 hodin a u teploty 15°C o 57.6?5.2 hodin). Velmi podobná plodnost byla zjištěna u jikernaček všech skupin. Statisticky nejvyšší líhnutí (72.9 ?12.3 %) bylo zjištěno u skupiny poloumělého výtěru při 15°C. Naopak nejnižší líhnutí (46.1?9.8 %) bylo zjištěno u skupiny uměl (cs)

After spawning, time of latency, female?s fecundity, hatching rates and broodstock survival rates were found in tested groups. All realized values were compared among all groups by ANOVA, Tucky?s multiple comparison test (P< 0.05). Longer latency was found in semiartificial compared to artificial spawning under both temperatures (under 10°C about 14.5?1.1 h and under 15°C about 57.6?5.2 h).
