| - The synthetic analogs of the pyrethrins, extracts from the ornamental Chrysanthemum cineraiaefolium, have been developed to circumvent the rapid photodegradation problem encountered with the insecticidal natural pyrethrins. The pyrethroids are widely used in fields pest control and household use and as veterinary and human pediculicides and are among the most potent insecticides known. - Syntetické analogy pyrethrinů, extrakty z kopretiny starčkolisté (Chrysanthenum cinerariaefolium, jsou široce používány k hubení polních škůdců a škůdců v domácnosti. Pyrethroidy jsou extrémně jedovaté pro ryby a vodní členovce. Ryba mají nedostatek enzymů, který hydrolyzují pyrethroidy. Deltamethrin je syntetický pyrethroid typu II a je aktivní látkou insekticidu Decis flow 2,5. Cílem bylo stanovit vliv deltamethrinu na aktivitu jaterní glutathion s-transferázy (GST) ryb. Deltamethrin byl testován ve formě pesticidu Decis flow 2,5, s obsahem aktivní substance 25 g/l deltamethrinu. Test byl proveden u 14 kontrolních a 15 experimentálních kaprů vystavených 96 hodin koncentraci 0,13 ml/l Decisu flow 2,5. Test byl vykonán semistaticky po 96 h s výměnou lázně každých 24 h na konci zkoušky byly ryby zabity a byl odebrán hepatopankreas pro následující stanovení aktivity GST. Vzorky byly zamraženy při - 80C v Eppendorf tubách. Aktivita GST byla měřena spektrofotometricky biochemickým analyzátorem Cobas Em (cs)
