Description	Supplemental cereal feeding (maize, wheat and triticale compared with a control group with natural food only) and its effect on fatty acid (FA) expression in the flesh during long-lasting storage of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) was investigated. Supplemental cereals caused lower levels of Polyunsaturated fatty acids PUFAs and n-3 PUFAs in fish fat. (en) Vliv doplńkového cereálního krmení (kukuřice, pšenice a triticale) na obsah mastných kyselin v kapřím mase byl porovnáván s kontrolní skupinou ryb bez krmení pouze na přirozené potravě. Byl sledován vývoj obsahu mastných kyselin při dlouhodobém sádkování. Cereální krmivo způsobuje nižší hladinu nenasycených mastných kyselin PUFAs and n-3 PUFAs v rybím mase. (cs)
