  • Tvorba sedmi biogenních aminů byla ověřována v šesti laboratorních pokusech silážování nezavadlých trav. Ve srovnání se spontánně fermentovanou siláží se kyselina mravenčí projevila jako nejúčinnější při potlačení tvorby aminů, zejména tyraminu, kadaverinu a putrescinu. Rovněž inokulanty Lactobacillus plantarum a L. buchneri snížily průkazně obsahy aminů. (cs)
  • Formation of seven biogenic amines were tested in six laboratory experiments of ensiling of unwilted grasses. As compared to untreated silages, formic acid was the most effective to suppress formation of amines, mainly of tyramine, cadaverine and putrescine. Also the inoculants, Lactobacillus plantarum and L. buchneri, decreased amine contents significantly.
