Description
  • We present a parameter identification procedure applied to a macroscopic composite model of arterial wall, based on the theory of mixtures and including collagen fibres. Large deformations of living tissue are treated by the total Lagrangian formulation. The model parameters are identified from a vessel inflation test, which can be performed in vivo. Numerical examples of the identification are shown.

  • V příspěvku představujeme proceduru identifikace parametrů aplikovanou na makroskopický kompozitní model cévní stěny, který je založen na teorii směsí a zahrnuje kolagenní vlákna. Velké deformace jsou popsány pomocí totální Lagrangeovy formulace. Parametry modelu jsou identifikovány pomocí testu založeného na tlakovém zatěžování, který je možno provádět in vivo. Jsou ukázány numerické příklady této identifikace. (cs)
