Description
  • The study is concerned about an application of the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method within numerical models of biomechanical systems. The SPH model for incompressible viscous fluids and elastic solids is implemented and applied to elementary test problems. Possibilities of SPH application within computational biomechanics and stability issues are discussed.

  • Tato studie se zabývá uplatněním metody smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) při numerickém modelování biomechanických systémů. Je zde implementován SPH model pro nestlačitelnou vazkou kapalinu a pro elastické pevné těleso. Tyto modely jsou testovány při řešení jednoduchých problemů. Stabilita daných výpočtů a možnosti aplikace metody SPH v rámci výpočtové biomechaniky jsou diskutovány. (cs)
