  • Článek je zaměřen na modelování kosterního svalu. Vytvářený model bude implementován do programu vyvíjeného v naší laboratoři. Dříve byla většina úsilí věnována implementaci modelu hladké svaloviny a program byl vyžíván pro modelování cévní a srdeční svaloviny. Navrhovaný model je založen na modelu kosterního svalu popsaném distribučními momenty podle teorie publikované Zahalakem. Modelované svalové vlákno kontrahuje na základě vápníkové aktivace. Zahalakem použitá Gaussova aproximace rozložení příčných můstků je v našem modelu nahrazena kubickými spline funkcemi. Původní model je navíc obohacen o viskoelastický element popisující pasivní vlastnosti kontrak (cs)
  • The work is focused on a new skeletal muscle model. This model will be implemented into the software being developed in our laboratory (Cimrman 2002). Recently the main effort has been devoted to a smooth muscle implementation. Consequently the software has been used for arterial tissue modeling, for heart simulator or for solving problems concerning the ureter. The proposed model is based on the distribution moment muscle model involving the calcium activation which was introduced by Zahalak. However Gaussian distribution of the cross-bridges used in Zahalak’s model is replaced by the cubic spline interpolation and it is enriched with the viscoelastic element representing passive properties cf. (Rohan 2002).
