| - Cílem práce byl porovnat skutečný příjem NEL a PDI s vypočítanými hodnotami potřeby u laktujících dojnic podle francouzského systému INRA. Dvě dojnice byly krmeny dvakrát denně (7.00 a 17.00 h), objemná část krmné dávky (kukuřičná siláž, luční seno) byla krmena ad libitum, směs byla navažována podle průměrné užitkovosti předcházejícího týdne (0,50 kg/kg mléka). Krmná dávka byla optimalizována na 105 % potřebu NEL a 95 % potřebu PDI. Jedna perioda trvala 42 dní. Výpočet potřeby NEL a PDI byl proveden podle mléčné užitkovosti, obsahu mléčného tuku, živé hmotnosti a fáze laktační křivky. Parametry krmiv (UFL, UEL a PDI) byly vypočítány užitím nástroje PrévAlim softwaru INRAtion. Rozdíl mezi vypočítanou potřebou podle INRA a skutečným příjmem NEL byl pravděpodobně způsoben nereálně vysokým obsahem NEL objemné části krmné dávky (přiřazené dle PrévAlim). (cs)
- The aim of the work was to compare real consumption of NEL and PDI and calculated values of requirement measured on dairy cows according to french system INRA. Two cows were fed twice a day (7.00 and 17 h), roughage part of ration (maize silage, meadow hay) was offered ad libitum, mixture was dosed according to average yield of previous week (0.50 kg of mixture/kg of milk). Daily ration was optimalized for 105 % NEL requirement and for 95 % PDI requirement. One period lasted 42 days. The calculation of requirement of NEL and PDI were estimated according to milk yield, fat content in milk, live weight and stage of lactation. Parameters of feeds (UFL, UEL a PDI) were calculated using PrévAlim tool of INRAtion software. The difference between calculated requirement according to INRA and real consumption of NEL was probably caused by unrealistic high content of NEL in rouhage part of ration (assigned by PrévAlim).
