  • Cílem pokusu bylo potvrdit funkčnost ochranné vrstvy proteinových tablet před bachorovou činností s užitím in vivo metody. Za tímto účelem byly použity jako marker aminokyseliny (Met, Lys, His), které byly přidány k sojovému proteinu a ve formě tablet byly opatřeny ochrannou vrstvou. V pokusu byla směs sojového proteinu s aminokyselinami podána dojnicím ve formě prášku nebo ruminálně chráněných tablet a byl porovnáván tok zmíněných volných aminokyselin duodenem. 3 laktující dojnice (15-20 kg mléka/den) s ruminální a duodenální kanylou byly rozděleny do dvou skupin (2+1) s rotací pokusného faktoru ve 4 14-denních periodách (cross-over design). Proteinový doplněk spolu s markerem průtoku tráveniny (oxid chromitý) byly přes ruminální kanylu umístěny na dno bachoru. Stanovený tok volných aminokyselin byl korigován na příjem sušiny a vyjádřen v mg AA/den/kg přijaté sušiny. V případě všech tří zmíněných aminokyselin byl v pokusné skupině (tablety) zjištěn průkazně vyšší tok (P<0.01, n = 5) ve srovnání s kon (cs)
  • The aim of the experiment was to confirm the functionality of layer protecting the protein tablets against the rumen activity using in vivo method. For this purpose as a marker amino acids (Met, Lys, His) supplementing the amino acid composition of soya protein added to tablets were used. In the experiment the effect of amino acids mixture either in the form of rumen protected tablets or as a powder on the flow of mentioned free amino acids through the duodenum was compared. 3 lactating dairy cows (15 – 20 kg milk/day) fitted with ruminal and duodenal cannulas divided into 2 groups (2+1) with rotation of experimental factor in four 14 d periods (cross-over design) were used. Experimental feeding supplements together with the marker of digesta flow (chromium oxide) were inserted through a ruminal cannula into the rumen. Determined flow of free amino acids was corrected on dry matter intake and expressed in mg AA/day/kg DMI. In the case of all three mentioned amino acids, significantly higher flow (P<0.
