Description	The goal of this study was to evaluate the relationship between one milk protein – kappa-casein genotype (CSN3) in inseminated Czech Fleckvieh and Holstein bulls used between the years 1997 – 2007 and the milk composition of their daughters. We also evaluated gene and genotype frequencies. The statistical analysis was done using SPSS 15.0 program for Windows®, released 15.0.0 (6 Sep 2006). The design was a model with three fixed effects – milk production, year and farm.
