Description
  • Vytváření nanostruktur spočívá ve využití nanoporézní nevodivé masky, která je z jedné strany pokovena. Během galvanického pokovování se kov deponuje pouze na kovové vrstvě (na jedné straně masky), která plní funkci katody, a nanopóry v masce se postupně vyplňují kovem. Kovové nanostruktury jsou získány po rozpuštění masky. Získané nanostruktury jsou analyzovány elektronovým mikroskopem (SEM). (cs)
  • The procedure of creating nanostructures consists in using a nanoporous non-conductive template which is coated with conductive layer on one of its sides. During the electrodeposition process, the metal is growing only on the conductive layer (representing cathode) and fills up the nanopores. After dissolving the template, nanostructures are obtained. The created nanostructures are examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
