  • Last ten years the nanotechnologies are in a centre of scientific interest. These new techniques bring new nanostructured materials for utilization in microelectronics processes. Anodization of aluminum under specific condition enables to create ordered nanoporous structure in growing alumina. Nanopores are distributed with regular ordering in honeycomb-like cells. The nanoporous thin film was used as template for metal nanowires electrodeposition. Metal ions were deposited on electrode throughh nanoporous template. Metal nanowires and nanotubes were formatted on the electrode to increase its crosssectional area.

  • V posledních 10 letech jsou nanotechnologie v centru vědeckého zájmu. Tyto nové techniky přinášejí nové nanostrukturované materiály pro využití v mikroelektronických procesech. Anodizace hliníku za specifických podmínek umožňuje vytvoření uspořádané nanoporézní struktury v rostoucím oxidu. Nanopóry jsou uspořádány do struktury připomínající včelý plástvy. Nanoporézní tenká vrstva byla využita jako maska pro elektrodepozici nanodrátků. Inty kovů byla takto deponovány na elektrodu skrz nanopóry v masce. KKové nanodrátky a nanotrubičky byly vytvořeny na elektrodě s cílem zvětšit plochu elektrod. (cs)
