  • Cílem příspěvku je poukázat na požadavky a na možnosti rozvoje a vzdělávání pracovníků s ohledem na CRM. Pro úspěšnou implementaci strategie CRM je nutné vedle důrazu na znalosti, dovednosti a zkušenosti pracovníků, neopomíjet také povahu vztahů charakteristických pro firmu, způsoby organizování práce, procedury, praktiky a procesy, které řídí pracovní tok, znalosti a vztahy s klienty a s jinými členy sítě. Základními atributy pracovní síly v kontextu CRM jsou: důsledná koncentrace na potřeby zákazníka, soutěživost a vůle prosadit se, rozhodnost, schopnost rychle reagovat na změny prostředí, schopnost improvizace, týmové práce, vedení v týmu, schopnost zejména manažerů budovat funkční sítě vztahů a kontaktů a také ochota a schopnost neustálého vzdělávání a sebevzdělávání se. Proces vzdělání získává mezinárodní charakter, stává se procesem celoživotním a roste význam podnikového vzdělávání. Prioritní roli hraje kvalifikovaný a vzdělaný vrcholový management, podporující systém vzdělávání všech praco (cs)
  • The aim of the paper is to point out the requirements and possibilities of staff development considering CRM. For successful CRM implementation is important besides emphasis on knowledge, skills and experience of staff not to omit also the nature of relationships characteristic for company, ways of organization of work, procedures, practices and processes which manage workflow, knowledge and relationships with clients and with other members of a net. The basic attributes of work force in the CRM context are: uncompromising concentration on customer?s needs, competitivity and will to win recognition, decisiveness, skill to quickly react to changes of environment, skill to improvise, the ability of a team work and the ability to lead a team, managers? skill to create working nets of relationships and contacts and also will and ability of continuous education and self education. Education process gains international character becomes a lifelong process and the meaning of business education grows. Priori
