  • Dlouhodobě mohou na trhu operovat pouze podnikatelské subjekty, které jsou schopny vhodným zákazníkům trvale poskytovat kvalitní produkty. Kvalitní produkty jsou takové, které poskytnou správným zákazníkům hodnotu, která je přiměřená z hlediska konkurenčního prostředí a je současně v rovnováze s hodnotou jednotlivých zákazníků pro podnik. Tato hodnota musí být realizována nejen s ohledem na přiměřené dopady na životní prostředí, bezpečnost práce a zdraví vlastních zaměstnanců, ale i množství vynaložených zdrojů. Jde tedy o to, vnímat management kvality, jehož prostřednictvím je vytvářena kvalita pro zákazníky i pro podnik, v jeho rozšířeném pojetí, tj. jako management zahrnující i environmentální aspekty a aspekty bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví zaměstnanců (integrovaný management). Článek se zabývá vlivem implementace strategie CRM na integrovaný management podniku a podobu podnikové dokumentace, o níž se takto chápaný způsob řízení podniku opírá. Závěrem je pak zmiňován stav implementace systémů integ (cs)

We understand quality products those that provide the right customers value relevant to competitive environment as well as balance of value of individual customers to the company. This value must be executed not only respecting reasonable impact on evironment, work safety and health of employees, but also quantity of invested resources. That is, perceive quality management through which quality is made for customers and company in its wider understanding, ie. as a management including enviromental aspects, sefety aspects and work safety aspects (integrated management). This article looks into implementation of CRM on integrated management of a comapny and company documentation form on which is based the way of comprehension of company management. As a conclusion we mention status of implementation of integrated system management in Czech chemical enterpris
