  • Enaminones (beta-enaminoketones) are compounds widely used in organic chemistry, namely for heterocyclic syntheses. Their reaction with various benzenediazonium salts leads to azo coupled compounds e.g. (3) having interesting properties from structural organic chemistry?s view. The title compound (3), prepared by condensation of appropriate beta-diketone and ammonia and by subsequent azo coupling (Scheme 1), appeared to be a host molecule forming inclusion compounds with some aromatic such as benzene, toluene, p-xylene, chlorobenzene. In crystalline state molecules (3) are linked together by intermolecular hydrogen bonds1 forming channels where the molecules of the aromatic compounds are included (for the case of toluene see Fig. 2).

  • Enaminony (beta-enaminoketony) jsou sloučeniny široce využívané v organické chemii, především pro syntézy heterocyklických látek. Jejich reakce s různými benzendiazoniovými solemi vede k azokopulovaným sloučeninám např. (3), které vykazují zajímavé vlastnosti z hlediska strukturální organické chemie. Sloučenina (3) připravená azokopulační reakcí beta-enaminonu, jenž vznikl kondenzační reakcí příslušného diketonu a amoniaku (Schéma 1), se zdá být vhodnou hostitelskou molekulou, která váže ve své krystalové mřížce některé aromatické sloučeniny, např. benzen, toluen, p-xylen a chlorbenzen. V pevném stavu jsou jednotlivé molekuly (3) spojeny intermolekulárními vodíkovými vazbami1 a tvoří tunely, v nichž jsou uzavřeny aromatické sloučeniny (např. molekula toluenu Obr. 2). (cs)
