Description
  • New azaphthalocyanine was synthesized, attached to solid phase using %22click%22 chemistry and modified with oligonucleotide probes. Its quanching efficenyc was tested in DNA hybridization probes with different fluorophores (FAM, HEX, Cy3, Cy3.5, Cy5 and Cy5.5) and compared with commercially available quanchers BHQ1, BHQ2 and BBQ650.
