  • Our study was aimed at effect of 1B/1R translocation on starch content and composition in connection with their potential industrial utilization for starch production. The presence of 1B/1R translocation significantly decreased only starch content. The ratio of amylose/amylopectin and value of relative viscosity were mainly influenced by weather conditions. We also detected mesoscale negative correlation (-0.47) between relative viscosity and amylose content.

  • Naše studie se zaměřila na efekt žitné translokace 1B/1R k obsahu a složení škrobu v souvislosti s jeho potenciálním průmyslovým využitím. Výskyt 1B/1R translokace významně snižoval obsah škrobu. Poměr amylosa / amylopektin a hodnota relativní viskozity byly především ovlivněny povětrnostnímy podmínkami. Byla rovněž zjištěna středně silná negativní korelace (-0.47) mezi relativní viskozitou a obsahem amylosy. (cs)
