| - The paper brings the analyss of a present status of study, conservation and utilization of plant genetic resourcesas well as information on agro-biodiversity in the Czech Republic. The activities are organised and carried out within the framework of the Czech National programme where coperate 11 institutions dealing with plant genetic resources in the Czech Republic: The participating institutions maintain in their collections nearly 48 thousand accessions. Various activities are carried out in agri-biodiversity support. Efforts are aimed at broadening the crops spectra in agricultural practice (neglected and new crops, specific use of landraces, local ecotypes, support for landscaping e.t.c.). To evaluate the effects of particular measures on agro-ecosystem a bioindicators which could be practically used are needed; a research and application of bioindicators is not yet sufficient.

- Příspěvek přináší abnalýzu současného stavu studia, konzervace a využívání genetických zdrojů rostlin v ČR a stavu agro-biodiversity. Aktivity zaměřené k tomuto tématu jsou součástí Národního programu, na kterém spolupracuje 11 institucí v ČR v jejichž kolekcích je téměř 48 tis. položek. Na podporu agrobiosiversity se rozšiřuje spektrum pěstovaných plodin (zavádění opomíjených a nových druhů, specifické využití krajových odrůd, domácích ekotypů, podpora tvorby krajiny, druhově pestré louky a další aktiivty. Pro hodnocení efektu jednotlivých opatření na agro-ekosystém je potřeba vybrat a ověřit systém bioindikátorů. Výzkum a ověřování bioindikátorů není dosud dostačující. (cs)
