| Description
| - The aim of the project are new formulations of anticorrosive and special coatings with high barrier protection, with significantly lower content of classical zinc powder, containing zinc nanoparticles, nanoparticles of metal oxides, carbon nanotubes, metallic and nonmetallic conductive pigments and fillers. Another goal is a proven technology for the production of new anticorrosive and special coatings with significantly lower concentrations of zinc. Coatings will have higher anticorrosive efficiency, high barrier protection, better chemical resistance, better mechanical properties, chemical resistance and extended shelf-life. Anticorrosive and special coatings will be gradually introduced into the market while respecting the requirements of newly introduced legislative norms in the field of ecology and environment. Coatings will find the application in the engineering, e.g. in the automotive industry, car repairs, shop primers and in the building industry for concrete and mineral surface (en)
- Cílem projektu jsou nové formulace antikorozních a speciálních nátěrových hmot s vysokou bariérovou ochranou, s výrazně nižším obsahem klasického zinkového prachu, obsahující nanočástice zinku, nanočástice oxidů kovů, uhlíkové nanotrubičky, kovové i nekovové vodivé pigmenty a plniva. Dalším cílem je ověřená technologie pro výrobu nových antikorozních a speciálních nátěrových hmot s významně nižší koncentrací zinku. Nátěrové hmoty budou mít vyšší antikorozní účinnost, vysokou bariérovou ochranu, lepší chemickou odolnost, lepší mechanické vlastnosti a prodlouženou dobu skladovatelnosti. Antikorozní a speciální nátěrové hmoty budou postupně uvedeny na trh při respektování požadavků nově zaváděných legislativních opatření v oblasti ekologie a životního prostředí. Nátěrové hmoty najdou uplatnění ve strojírenství, např. v automobilovém průmyslu, v autoopravárenství, jako dílenské nátěry (shop primery) a ve stavebnictví na povrchovou úpravu betonových a minerálních podkladů.
