| - In Czech Republic winter rape growing represents one of the most important points of economic. The quality and quantity of production is markedly influenced by growing variety. Genotype of variety affects the height of plants, oil content and many otherimportant properties. It is also the key of variability of photosynthesis effectivity, which is different among varieties under the same conditions. There are also variability in the reaction on fertilizer, resistance to pests and diseases. In the project the nutrient will be correct with nutrient elements on the base of the chemical analysis of plants.The correction will be done three times throughout the vegetation and effect of every application will be evaluated with the aim to found the optimal time of application and dose. Connecting the increase the growth area of oil rape and changes in growing technology increases the importance of rape pests and diseases control. - V podmínkách ČR má pěstování řepky na 350 tisíc ha s produkci kolem 900 tisíc tun semene prvořadý národohospodářský význam. Každoročně vyprodukovaná hodnota sklizně dosahuje 5-6 miliard Kč.Velikost a kvalitu produkce výrazně ovlivňují pěstované odrůdy.Genotyp odrůdy ovlivňuje nejenom výšku rostlin, jejich ranost, olejnatost a celou řadu dalších agrotechnicky významných vlastností. Je také klíčem k rozdílné efektivitě fotosyntézy, která je u různých odrůd za stejných podmínek prostředí různá. Za tohoto předpokladu je třeba diferencovat odrůdy např. z hlediska nároků na živiny na takové, které při horší (lepší) než obvyklé úrovni výživy reagují větším či menším relativním poklesem (zvýšením) výnosu. Tyto úvahy podporují i některé novější práce ze zahraničí.Otázka posouzení efektivity odrůd je vysoce aktuální též vzhledem k bouřlivě se rozvíjejícím různým systémům výroby a uplatnění hybridních odrůd řepky, disponujících heterozním efektem.
