Description	In total, 50 patients with the bipolar affective disorder diagnosis (according to ICD-10), will be followed for 18 months. A continuous, 24-hour telemetric monitoring of the actigraphic record will be performed during the study period. Subjective and objective data about mood changes of the examined person will be continuously monitored and affective relapse will be determined based on previous definition. The aim is to identify those parameters, to which the highest positive predictive value in relation to a future relapse of either mania or depression is assigned. The algorithm for processing motion records will be based on the methods of machine learning and digital data processing. (en) V rámci studie bude po dobu 18 měsíců sledováno celkem 50 pacientů s bipolární afektivní poruchou (podle ICD-10). U zařazených bude po celou dobu studie probíhat kontinuální 24 hodinový sběr aktigrafických dat. Paralelně budou sledovány objektivní a subjektivní změny nálady a budou zjišťovány podle předem dané definice relapsy tohoto onemocnění. Cílem bude určit konfiguraci aktigrafických parametrů, která s nejvyšší možnou senzitivitou a specificitou předpovídá výskyt mánie či deprese. Algoritmus pro zpracování longitudinálních pohybových údajů bude postaven na metodě strojového učení a digitálního zpracování dat.
