Description	The overall survival of the patients with the colorectal cancer after the radical surgery is despite of the improvement of the modern onco-surgical treatment, which is usualy combined with the oncological adjuvant treatment, still complicated with high portion of patients with the early reccurence, which worsen the quality of life and shorten the overall survival of patients. Reccurence is also connected with micrometastatic disease. The ability of the malignity to form the micrometastases should be considered as a key to the generalization of the disease with the macroscopic metastases in distant organs. The main aim of our project is to identify the differences in the expression of genes which are involved in the formation and development of the metastases and to identify genes with the different expression in the patients with the long disease free interval compared to the patients with the early reccurence. All results will be confronted with the clinical state of patients. (en) Celkové přežití nemocných s radikálně operavaným kolorektálním karcinomem je i přes výrazné úspěchy moderní onkochirurgické léčby doplněné onkologickou adjuvantní léčbou zatíženo vysokým procentem nemocných s časnou recidivou, která zhoršuje kvalitu života a zkracuje celkové přežití nemocných. Recidiva souvisí s mikrometastatickým rozsevem malignity. Schopnost nádorového procesu vytvářet mikrometastatickou nemoc je možno obecně chápat jako klíč ke generalizaci procesu a tvorbě makroskopických vzdálených orgánových metastáz. Hlavním záměrem předkládaného projektu je hledat rozdíly v expresi genů hrajících roli při vývoji a vzniku metastatického procesu a identifikovat geny s rozdílným expresním profilem ve tkáních pacientů s dlouhodobou remisí a pacientů s časnou recidivou onemocnění. U vybraných genů provedeme mutační analýzu a všechna získaná data zkorelujeme s klinickým stavem pozorovaných pacientů.
