Description	The acute myocardial infarction is a severe cardiologic disease. Arrhythmias belong to the most life-threatening complications in the acute phase of the illness. The basis of the project lays in the continuous several-days monitoring of the 12-lead ECG in the patients with the acute myocardial infarction with ST elevations. We will study the arrhythmias and the dynamics of the ECG changes of the both heart ventricles according to the localization of the infarction. The collected data will provide unique data about the time flow of the ischemia. The secondary endpoint is in the attempt of the identification of the group of the patient with the higher risk of complications. This group could need different care standards during the course of the disease. (en) Akutní infarkt myokardu je závažné kardiologické onemocnění a maligní arytmie patří mezi komplikace nejvíce ohrožující život nemocného v akutním stadiu této nemoci. Podstatou projektu je kontinuální několikadenní monitorace 12-svodového EKG u pacientů hospitalizovaných pro diagnózu akutního infarktu myokardu s ST elevacemi indikovaných k léčbě primární PCI. Bude sledován výskyt arytmických příhod, dle lokalizace akutního infarktu bude současně monitorována dynamika EKG změn v oblasti levé i pravé komory srdeční. Získané údaje poskytnou jedinečná data o výskytu arytmií a průběhu ischemie obou srdečních komor v čase. Sekundárním cílem je pokus o identifikaci rizikové skupiny pacientů vyžadujících odlišnou péči v závislosti na lokalizaci postižení myokardu a průběhu akutní fáze onemocnění.
