Description	Primary cultures of human hepatocytes will be prepared and characterized using liver tissue obtained from multiorgan donors, for whom suitable recipient is not available. Primary cultures will be used for the study of liver-specific transcriptional regulatory mechanisms of biotransformation enzymes, especially cytochrome P450. The obtained results will allow to understand (and predict and prevent) the interactions between drugs especially in the context of immunosuppressive protocols and chemically induced hepatocarcinogenesis (en) V rámci projektu budou připraveny a charakterizovány primární kultury lidských hepatocytů s využitím jaterní tkáně získané od dárců orgánů, pro které nebyl nalezen vhodný příjemce. Primární kultury budou využity pro studium jaterně specifických transkripčně regulačních mechanismů biotransformačních enzymů, zejména pak cytochromů P450. Získané výsledky umožní pochopit (a předvídat a předcházet) mezilékové interakce, především v rámci imunosupresivních protokolů, a chemicky vyvolanou hepatokarcinogenezi.
