Description	The subject of research deals with a full-scale evaluation of clinical and laboratory thrombogenesis markers, including detection of hereditary FV Leiden thrombophilias (1691 G> A) and F II 20210 G> A mutations (with prevalence of heterozygote about 7.8 %, or rather 2.5 % within the Czech population), which play a significant role not only in VTE formation, but they influence the subsequent course of tumorous process as well, including the survival rate of carcinoma patients. Results of the project will serve for validation of established RAM intended for assessment of VTE risk rate in patients operated for GIT carcinoma. Newly also, one of the preventive measures against VET will be the check of patient’s hydration condition monitored throughout the operation. (en) Jedná se o komplexní hodnocení klinických a laboratorních ukazatelů trombogeneze, včetně detekce dědičných trombofilií F V Leiden (1691 G>A) a mutace F II 20210 G>A (s prevalencí výskytu heterozygotů cca 7,8 % , resp. 2,5 % v populaci ČR ), které hrají důležitou úlohu nejen při vzniku TEN, ale ovlivňují i další průběh nádorového procesu, včetně délky přežití nemocných s karcinomy. Výsledky projektu poslouží k validaci vytvořeného RAM, určeného k vyhodnocení výše rizika TEN u nemocných operovaných pro karcinom GIT. K preventivním opatřením proti TEN by pak měla nově patřit i kontrola stavu hydratace nemocného sledovaná v perioperačním období.
