Description	The main topic of the project is to compare two different types of propulsion systems (centrifugal vs. rotation pump) of extracorporeal circulation and to extend missing knowledge about their effect on laboratory parameters as well as on overall clinical status of patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension undergoing pulmonary endarterectomy. (en) Předmětem projektu je srovnat účinky dvou typů pohonu mimotělního oběhu (centrifugální vs.rotační čerpadlo) a rozšířit dosud chybějící znalosti o působení odlišných druhů pohonu mimotělního oběhu na jednotlivé laboratorní hodnoty i celkový klinický stav nemocných s chronickou tromboembolickou plicní hypertenzí, podstupujících endarteretomii arteria pulmonalis.
