Description	Isufficient apoptosis is one of the causal factors of cancerogenesis and oncological treatment failure. Expression of apoptotic inhibitors has been proven in many human malignancies. The aim of this project is to detect the apoptotic changes in different types of endometrium obtained from curettage or hysterectomy, and compare them with the estrogenes serum level. Project is an substantial contribution to the explanation of the ethiopathogenesis of endometrial cancerogenesis and possible prognostic indicator for therapeutical process. (en) Nedostatečná apoptóza je jedním z kauzálních faktorů kancerogeneze a selhání onkologické léčby. Zvýšená exprese inhibitorů apoptózy byla prokázána u řady humánních malignit. Cílem projektu je detekovat apoptotické změny v různých typech endometria získaného z probatorní kyretáže nebo hysterektomie a porovnat je s hormonální hladinou estrogenů. Projekt je významným příspěvkem k objasnění etiopatogeneze kancerogeneze endometria a možným prognostickým ukazatelem pro léčebný postup.
