| Description
| - The foreigners in the Czech Republic are not provided with adequate culturally differential care, or the multicultural nursing approach is absent as the case may be. The anticipated project will be the base for the evaluation of multicultural peculiarities in satisfying the needs in the Vietnamese and Chinese minority group that should be respected unconditionally in the scope of providing holistic nursing care. The proposed project will detect certain differences of the system of the health and nursing care in the CR, Vietnam and China.It will give a complex proposal for providing the specific nursing process to these minorities in the condition of the CR. The final output of the project will be the elaboration of a publication about the multic.nursing care oriented on the Vietnamese and Chinese minority on the one hand and the elaboration of a standard for providing adequate culturally differential care. - Cizincům v České republice dosud není poskytována adekvátní kulturně diferencovaná péče, resp. chybí u nás multikulturní ošetřovatelský přístup. Předkládaný programový projekt bude podkladem pro zhodnocení multikulturních zvláštností v uspokojování potřeb ve vietnamské a čínské minoritní skupině, které by měly být v rámci poskytování holistické ošetřovatelské péče bezpodmínečně respektovány. Navrhovaný projekt bude zjišťovat určité odlišnosti systému zdravotní a ošetřovatelské péče v ČR, Vietnamu a Číně. Zároveň poskytne komplexní návrh na zabezpečení specifického ošetřovatelského procesu těmto menšinám v podmínkách České republiky. Konečným výstupem projektu bude zhotovení publikace o multikulturní oš. péči zaměřené na vietnamskou a čínskou minoritu a vypracování standardu pro poskytování adekvátní kulturně diferencované primární, sekundární a terciár. péče pro vietnamskou minoritu
