  • Retrospective study: Exactly defined mismatches between an unrelated donor and the recipient of HSC in HLA-DP and HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DQB1 will be evaluated with different parameters of the transplantation outcome. Perspectives: The standard protocol for suitable unrelated HSC donor search will be modified: SBT will be implemented for HLA genotyping and on the specific conditions HLA-DPB1 will be typed to search the best donor.   • Studium vlivu HLA-DP genů na transplantace hematopoetických kmenových buněk (HSCT). Porovnání neshod mezi pacientem a nepříbuzným dárcem v HLA-DP s parametry úspěšnosti transplantace. Úprava standardního protokolu vyhledávání nepříbuzných dárců HSC: zavedení metody Sequence-Based Typing, v indikovaných případech rutinní genotypizace HLA-DP touto metodou.

  • Project confirmed high level of mismatches of HLA-DPB1 gene between patients and their HSC donors. The search for match in HLA_DPB1 locus is not acceptable. The method of direct sequencing for HLA typing was implemented to the standard search protocol. (en)
  • Studie prokázala vysokou míru neshod HLA-DPB1 genu mezi pacienty a dárci HSC, proto není účelné rozšíření požadavku shody i na tento lokus. Pro zvýšení přesnosti HLA testů byla zavedena metoda přímé sekvenace do standardního protokolu výběru dárců. (cs)
