Description	The aim of application of the proposing of the transplantation of the recombined skin to woud surfaces and vitiligo lesions is the help of the treatment and enhancement of the epithelisation of the wound surface at chronical or acute wounds. Beforehand prepared recombined skin may be transplanted during the study to the wounds which were not covered by transplantace. We are expecting that the present study will definitely confirm the favourable qualities in vitro prepared recombined slin for the speeding up of the treatment of the excided or wounded surfaces,eventually the pigmentation of vitiligo lesions. Than it will be possible to establish this method into the general treatment practis. (en) Cílem použití navrhované metody transplantace rekombinované kůže na ranné plochy a léze vitiliga je podpora hojení s urychlením epitelizace ranné plochy u chronických nebo akutních ran,event.pigmentace ložisek vitiliga implantací chybějících melanocytů. Předem připravená rekombinovaná kůže bude během studie transplantována na ranné plochy a hojení ran bude sledováno a srovnáváno s hojením těch ran,které nebyly kryty transplantátem. Očekáváme,že předložená studie jednoznačně potvrdí příznivé vlastnosti in vitro připravené rekombinované kůže na urychlení hojení excidovaných nebo poraněných ploch,evnt.pigmentaci lézí vitiliga,což umožní zavedení této metody do běžné léčebné praxe.
