Description	The effect of subst. with antioxidat. and scavenger effect (melatonin, PBN) and their possible potent. of the effect of analgetic drugs will be tested on the model of experiment. elicited pain in labor. rats with the goal to use it in the human medicine.We want to try to determine the mechanism of action of substances with antioxid. effect in painful syndromes using the method of spin-trapping for direct detection of free radicals, espec. the singlet oxygen, nitroxide radical and other ROS substances. (en) Na modelu exoerimentální bolesti u laboratorních potkanů budeme testovat účinek dalších látek s antioxidačním a scavangerovým účinkem (melatonin, PBN) a jejich eventuální potenciaci účinku analgetika potenciální aplikaci v humánní medicíně. Použitím metody spin-trapping EPR pro přímé určování volných radikálů zejména singletového kyslíku, radikálu nitroxidu a dalších látek ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) se chceme pokusit o určení mechanismu účinku antioxidačních látek u bolestivých syndromů.
